About Us

Florida Coffee Culture started with a simple idea: to highlight coffee professionals.

What began as an Instagram account in Orlando has grown into a statewide network of baristas, roasters, shop owners, and coffee lovers. We exist to highlight the people behind the coffee, build community, and make Florida’s coffee scene more connected and inclusive.

We’re not here to gatekeep—we’re here to open doors.

What We’re About

  • Events that build community
From intimate cuppings and barista throwdowns to large-scale gatherings, our events are where the Florida coffee community comes to life. Our biggest event of the year—the Florida Coffee Festival—brings thousands together for a weekend of sampling, connection, education, and celebration. If you’re into coffee, this is the weekend you don’t want to miss.

  • The Florida Coffee Club
A monthly box featuring beans from some of Florida’s best roasters—delivered to your door. It’s a way to discover new shops, support small businesses, and keep things fresh.

  • The Coffee Keychain
A growing network of shops offering discounts to keychain holders. It’s a fun way to explore Florida’s coffee scene while showing love to the people who keep it brewing.

  • Barista Development Fund
This is the heartbeat of what we do. Through entry fee support, travel stipends, and training opportunities, we help baristas grow their skills and pursue new opportunities. Every event you attend and every box you order helps pour back into this fund.

Why It Matters

Coffee has always been about more than just caffeine. It’s about connection—between people, neighborhoods, and stories. Florida Coffee Culture is here to create spaces where those connections can thrive. If you care about good coffee and good people, you’re in the right place.

Come hang out. Bring a friend. Drink something good.
